If you have any questions, read the following frequently asked questions:

It's best to send us an email with the following: your mobile number, the date of your event, the type of event, the number of guests and which package you would like. This will give us a general idea and we will contact you as soon as possible to plan everything!

On the day of the event you don't have to worry, we will arrive about two hours before the start and the arrival of the guests, we will set up everything at the venue, during the event (you decide how long we stay), we will be there and we will take care of Event-Fotobox.

Yes of course, if you don't want a design on your photos, but you want a decorated background, we can remove it and remove the Premium package, so we start from 450€ and together we can choose the background you want.

Depending on the event you have, I will send you a selection of accessories in advance, if something is missing or you don't like it, you can tell me of course and we will do our best to fulfill your wishes.

It is best to ask us 2-3 months in advance so that we can fulfill all your wishes. But of course you can also send us a booking a week or 3 days before the event, but we may already be fully booked and there may be no availability, so the sooner the better.

Yes, the photo is printed directly, but you can send the photo directly to your mobile phone, or with the QR Code you scan, by email or mobile phone number, provided there is WiFi at the location.

The requirement is to have at least 2×4 meters of space to place the photobox + background, WiFi and a power outlet nearby.

After we have clarified everything about the event, I will send you a Quote and at least half or full payment is required. On the day of the event, you can also pay the remaining amount, in cash or by card.
